Global santoku knife

I found that i like santoku knife better than chef’s knife. If i inly had to choose two knifes - it would be Global brand - their santoku and pairing knifes are the ones i use most. Also! You should go to japan for them! The exchange rate these days is so ridiculously in our favor that it become my most budget travel of the year and most memorable of my adult life :)
